Description and objective: Our programme increases awareness of Indian cultural values and explores the issues of negotiating, managing and team-working. Topics include: An overview of the Indian workplace, doing business in India (covering rules and regulations, the government, dealing with bribery, key differences between Indian and Western logic, management and work habits), communication tactics and negotiation techniques.

A number of rich simulations, case studies, cross-cultural dialogues and video-work are included within the programme.
