Description and objective: The course covers the roles and responsibilities of the Door Supervisor and the related legal aspect of the job role.

Secondly, the course covers Conflict Management.

Prevention of conflict must be the primary aim of every Door Supervisor but the Managment of Conflict, when it occurs, is critical.

Candidates will be required to take two examinations over the course and must pass both in order to receive the National Certificate for Door Supervisors.
