Description and objective: Using the Power of Versatility, students learn how to understand, appreciate, and modify their sales communication style to create advantage at the customer interface. By understanding communication styles, as well as how they relate to one other, students become able to build customer confidence and trust to advance the sales process. Sales people are able to relate better with the customer, discover the real business problems at hand, advocate appropriate solutions, and proactively support the customer post-sale.

Suitability: Sales people with at least one year's sales experience.
