Description and objective: The chainsaw operation and maintenance course leads to the Lantra assessment of competence which takes place during the training days. National Proficiency Test Council (N.P.T.C.) tests can be arranged by the candidates after the training course. This is recommended if chainsaws are used for contract work and therefore necessary for insurance purposes.
