Description and objective: This course is intended to cover levels 1-3, from providing a delegate with the underpinning knowledge to be able to restore a stress to enabling them to correctly induce the required Stress into existing and newly installed CWR and to enable delegates to undertake the Stressing of all types of suitable S & C.

Suitability: Prior basic knowledge of the Permanent Way and its components is essential. Delegates are required to successfully complete each level prior to starting the next level.
