Description and objective: Delegates who successfully complete this workshop will be able to:

- demonstrate an understanding of Commercial Property insurance and the needs of customers who buy it

- demonstrate an awareness of policy structure and the levels of cover which may be available, inlcuding the main exclusions

- recognise the main features of a risk that would influence an underwriter in their assessment and pricing

- demonstrate an awareness of the principles and specific handling procedures for Commercial Property claims

Suitability: The workshop can be used as a good grounding for trainees or those moving into Commercial Property insurance for the first time.
