Description and objective: Delegates will be able to:

- outline the main causes of fire losses

- explain in detail the main features of a risk that influence an underwriter in their assessment

- explain in detail the main issues relevant to underwriting the Money risk

- explain in detail the main issues relevant to underwriting the Goods in Transit risk

- describe the effect that physical features of a risk have on rating that risk

- explain risk management features of a risk and how a customer can reduce or eliminate the possibility of loss

Suitability: The workshop is for those who have at least 12 months property insurance experience.
