Description and objective: This residential course in the Cotswolds gives a thorough grounding in Business Continuity Management. It comes with it free affiliate membership of the Business Continuity Institute and a BCI certificate. The price includes accommodation and food. It covers the whole spectrum of BCM, starting with project initiation, going through Threat and Busisiness Impact Analysis, Writing, Maintaining, Auditing and Testing the plan.
