Description and objective: You discover that someone is downloading pornographic images from the internet and distributing them around your organisation by e-mail; how do you carry out an investigation?
A supervisor comes to you for advice on how to talk to an employee she suspects is abusing illegal drugs; what do you say?
These and other sensitive issues are all too common in today's workplace. This course guides you through these issues and explains why it is important to prepare for them in employment policies and practices. It discusses the implication of legislation such as the Human Rights Act and the Public Interest Disclosure Act.
