Description and objective: This course has been specifically designed for those in the healthcare sector with resposibility for the health and safety of ancillary staff, with regards to the moving and handling of inanimate objects. This course will provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and confidence to train others in the skills of safer handling of inanimate objects. This course can be run at a time and place to suit your organisation at a cost of £2625+VAT for up to 10 delegates.

Suitability: Course content includes; legislation, the spine, biomechanics, ergonomics, risk assessment, teaching skills, 'controversial techniques' and practical techniques for safer M&H.
