Description and objective: 360° Assessment involves acquiring and analysing structured and confidential feedback from those who work around the individual, whether as manager, direct reports, colleague, even customer. From this information, key strengths, weaknesses and personal style can be assessed and used to inform other processes.
Phoenix can provide and collate the findings of standard forms, either in paper form or online. We are also able to formulate 360° appraisal processes to reflect organisational and job competences, and administer the entire process from design to analysis, reporting, and personal feedback sessions, including action planning to reflect findings.
