Description and objective: (2 days) Any complex project requires teamwork and at the heart of teamwork are the meetings and conversations that allow team members to share information, diagnose problems and create solutions. This course will develop the participants capacity to run and contribute to great team meetings. The course helps participants to understand their own behaviour, the behaviour of others and how habitual behaviour determines the success of any team in dealing with complexity problems. The course will give participants practical techniques to make their own contribution to meetings more effective and to get the most out of other team members. The techniques delivered in this course will help you run meetings that are more focused, more creative and result in action. The style of this course is both participative and practical. Delegates take an active part in simulations and projects which recreate in a training environment the key aspects of the interactions in meetings.
