- A set of skills & strategies to deal with difficult conflict behaviours
- A structured, sequential, step by step process
- The techniques to engage conflicting parties, facilitate co-operation, and support them in taking responsibility for their own problems and ultimately their own solutions Suitability: The course will focus on conflicts such as a fall out between co-workers; a worker accuses their manager of bullying; a team leader accuses their manager of discrimination.
