Description and objective: Aims:
This course is designed for delegates who are new to interviewing applicants. The training enables delegates to understand the purpose of competencies and enables the delegates to conduct structured company interviews. It aids control during the interview process and enables the interviewer to build a rapport with the interviewee and ascertain their suitability against the required competencies.
Objectives:
To understand how a competence model is designed.
To design competency based questions to be used in an interview.
To conduct a structured competency based interview.
To establish interviewees suitability and motivation against the competency framework.
