Description and objective: Aims

This course is designed for all managers and senior sales representatives who call on large multi-faceted businesses and who wish to gain increased sales from these businesses.


Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:-

 Understand the market they are in and the market the customer is in and the relationship between supplier and client

 Carry out a SWOT analysis and relate this to the business both parties are in

 Carry out a strategic and a tactical plan for their territory

 Sell through distributors

 Position the company as a profit improver

 Understand the process of Key Account Development and use this to improve profitable sales for the group
