Description and objective: Mayfield’s Performance Reviews and Appraisals training equips new and front-line managers with the skills and knowledge to motivate and get the best out of their team members. It also breaks down the range of responsibilities into manageable tasks, from a practical point of view.

This customisable course can be given over one or two days, at or near your premises. £1500 per day for up to twelve participants, excluding VAT and expenses; concessions are offered to non-profit organisations.
