Description and objective: A one day course covering all aspects of telephone techniques in a hands on manner. A chance to highlight your strengths and weaknesses, develop skills in message taking, creating the correct impression and how to deal with awkward callers. Recording equipment is used to help improve performance. This course is also available for in house training. For the first time one of the dates available for this seminar will run in London.
