Description and objective: This certificated event, usually held over two days, will be designed based on your organisations needs when it comes to selecting new staff through external recruitment, or promoting people internally. The course can cover specific elements suitable to your organisation, including: Competency based interviewing; selection and assessment centres; and other alternative recruitment methods.

The course can also be aimed at refreshing people's recruitment knowledge, or at staff new to the recruitment process.

This course is very much geared towards practice, and delegates will be able to test out their interviewing skills in 'dummy' interviews in a closed environment.
