Description and objective: TLQ is a 360-degree multi-rater feedback instrument based on extensive research. There are separate versions for the public and private sectors, available in paper, CD Rom and online formats.

Examples of how the test can be used include identifying individuals' strengths and development needs, promoting team development, strengthening organisational values and/or encouraging changes in organisational culture.

Suitability: No previous training required.
