Description and objective: Diversity is a key element of CFLs approach to leadership. Managers and leaders have a key role in influencing the culture and climate of the organisation as well as being responsible for the development and motivation of individual members of staff.
We offer support to organisations who are keen to widen the demographic profile of their leadership teams
We run awareness raising and behavioural change programmes for top teams and we run tailored development programmes for staff from under-represented groups at middle and senior management levels to help them progress through the organisation.
Understanding the culture and changing what is not working is therefore an essential first step in supporting all staff with their development and retaining talent.
