Description and objective: This Mayfield training will enable participants to deal more professionally, confidently and calmly with these problem relationships, providing the essential skills needed to safely and professionally manage potentially dangerous or damaging situations.

This customisable course can be given over one or two days, at or near your premises. £1500 per day for up to twelve participants, excluding VAT and expenses; concessions are offered to non-profit organisations.

Suitability: recommended for anyone who either deals face to face with the public, or anyone who works within a team in which conflicts are inevitable.
