Description and objective: This course is only delivered by trainers who operate to the ICM code of practice. It is designed to update the skills of those who have previously attended the EDGE Services 'Managing Violence & Aggression in the Workplace Trainer's Certificate' or similar course. As new techniques are developed and legislation changes, yearly updates are recommended. This course can be run at a time and location to suit your organisation at a cost of £875+VAT for up to 10 delegates

Suitability: This course will further advance delegates' professional development skills, and give them the opportunity to trade their experiences with others
