Employment Law Workshop (Introductory)

Most executives have to, on a weekly basis, deal with people problems which may include legal implications. This workshop concentrates on why these problems occur in the first place and how to deal with them in a firm but fair manner.

Objectives:

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

Understand why these problems occur.

Define the most difficult problems and how to deal with them.

Conduct a counselling, discipline and grievance interview and understand the differences between each.

Reach a mutually acceptable outcome which will positively motivate the member of staff concerned.
