Description and objective: You’ve recruited a new executive – it’s taken weeks of work and finally they’re due to start. What do you do now to ensure that they are up and running from day one and producing a return on the investment you’ve already made? Alternately, you may be planning to promote one or more individuals into their first significant management role, taking them out of their comfort zone presenting them with entirely new challenges. How can you help them make the transition smoothly and successfully?
The Executive Excellence Programme is a planned development programme with a specific purpose – to enable an executive to settle into their new role as quickly and effectively as possible and to empower them to “hit the ground running”, and deliver the quality of performance they have promised.
The programme can also be tailored for executives who are being assimilated due to merger, re-location or re-organisation.
OBJECTIVES
This programme is tailored entirely to the needs of the organisation and the individual/s involved. For one person it will take the form of one-to-one coaching. For a small group, there may be a combination of practical skills workshops supported by one-to-one training or mentoring.
