Description and objective: Youve recruited a new executive its taken weeks of work and finally theyre due to start. The Executive Excellence Programme is a planned development programme with a specific purpose to enable an executive to settle into their new role as quickly and effectively as possible and to empower them to hit the ground running, and deliver the quality of performance they have promised.
The programme can also be tailored for executives who are being assimilated due to merger, re-location or re-organisation.
OBJECTIVES
This programme is tailored entirely to the needs of the organisation and the individual/s involved. For one person it will take the form of one-to-one coaching. For a small group, there may be a combination of practical skills workshops supported by one-to-one training or mentoring.
