Description and objective: Aims: This one day workshop looks at the various methods used by trainers to breakdown the individual tasks involved in a particular job. The delegates are then shown to capture this data in the form of a document and how to verify that they have analysed the job correctly. The course then introduces the delegates to the concept of simple Performance Measurement and Evaluation techniques which can be utilised when assessing the job holder.

Objectives: To ensure the delegates have a thorough understanding of what they should assess. Introduce them to Task Orientated Job Analysis and how to capture this information effectively. How to produce easily understood Work Manuals. How to use this information to assess the Job Holder has an understanding of each task.
