Description and objective: Emotional intelligence has a key role in the overall effectiveness of an organisation. Managers and Team Leaders fulfil a much broader remit - not just using technical or specialist expertise, but also using a range of personal attributes and abilities. KTH Emotional Intelligence Training equips participants with skills and knowledge to apply emotional intelligence in the workplace including: Self-awareness, Self-management, Motivation, Empathy and Social Competence. Participants will: become resilient to problems and persistent to pursuing success; be more motivated and better able to motivate others; be able to harness the energy of negative emotions for positive outcomes; and have the confidence and emotional ability to manage change.
