Description and objective: · Qualify to use Will Schutz’s latest FIRO® instruments, B-Behaviour, F-Feeling and S-Self.
· Appreciate how the feelings and self elements go far beyond FIRO® Element B as you explore new depths of Emotional Intelligence.
· Learn a host of exercises and techniques you can use with individuals and teams.
· Be prepared for a highly interactive and experiential course.
For the Level B Intermediate qualification you will also need to attend the FIRO® Conversion Day that is now incorporated into the 2nd day of the FIRO® Element B course.
