Description and objective: Course content includes an online introduction to personality theory and issues in personality testing, and a 2 day workshop focusing on the 15FQ+ personality questionnaire.

Certification entitles delegates to purchase and use a number of personality tests, including the test in which they specialise (15FQ+).

OPS was the UK's first trainer to offer Level B (and Level A) training online. The training is supported by e-mail/phone contact with dedicated trainers who are occupational psychologists.

Suitability: Requires BPS Level A. Level A & B combined course available for those without Level A. Level B+ conversion available for those with Level B who wish to train in the 15FQ+
