Description and objective: This course is designed to assist operartors to comply with regulation 12 of the Quarries Regulations 1999. This requires the operator to keep up to date a suitable written scheme for the systematic inspection, maintenance and where appropriate, testing of designated parts of the quarry and its plant and equipment.

Who should attend?
Those with the responsibility of managing the written scheme or anyone requiring an awareness of such a scheme.
