Description and objective: This intensive course is directed at manufacturing professionals working at many levels of the organisation, who require an understanding of the mechanics of a manufacturing planning and control system or MRPII. It goes beyond the overview level of the Concepts course to examine the detail of each of the elements that make up MRPII. Particicipants will require a basic understanding of the organisation and will be expected to have a level of understanding of MRP II and Sales & Operations Planning, as covered on the Concepts course.
