Description and objective: A 4 day activity that takes delegates through an Lean / Continuous Improvement activity. Over the 4 days the delegates learn the principles of Lean and Value Adding activities. Over the course of the programme, improvements to the process will be made and ideas generated for when the delegates rejoin their teams.

After the 4 days the delegates will understand the role they play in making improvement happen. Previous courses have identified significant improvements in efficiency and major cost reductions, worth £000's.
