Description and objective: This one day workshop will present the value of Lean Maintenance to organisations who want to deliver year on year improvements in performance through Lean Thinking.
Included in the programme are presentations on from advanced practitioners of Lean Maintenance best practice and an introduction to tools to help you assess your organisations current practices and develop a route map to Manufacturing Excellence.
In addition delegates will take part in a Lean Maintenance simulaton to experience the power of value adding maintenance.
Suitability: Maintenance managers, Planners, Facilitators or Operations Executives responsible for maintenance quality. No prior maintenance experience is required.
