Description and objective: This course is for all those who ‘touch’ material and/or capacity planning. In particular, it is for Planners, Schedulers, and Buyers who work with the process of developing achievable plans for material and capacity that lead to the MPS being executed on time, in full – (OTIF). Others who are involved with MRP and CRP - people who look after the MPS, the inventory numbers, works orders, purchase orders, routings, bills of material, and work centre capacities, will also benefit from this course.
