Description and objective: Delegates are introduced to the principles of effective scheduling within the context of the entire MRPII cycle. The course presents the concepts and principles at each level, from sales and operations to capacity planning. Through this course the delegates have opportunities to practice what they have learnt and enhance their own skills with interactive exercises.

The course is aimed at professional delegates who work in a manufacturing environment. It is suitable for those who are new to MRPII concepts, together with those who need brushing up on their skills. The content has direct applicability ot the work place. The MRPII Overview course (or good, current MRPII basics knowledge) is a pre-requisite.
