Description and objective: Develop the skills necessary to work within an organisation to implement Six Sigma based process improvement. The week long modules are about a month apart allowing time for participants to work on their projects and be ready for the next module. Once completed, they will be equipped to promote and practice Six Sigma tools and techniques, to understand how process improvement will be accomplished, and to know the theory behind the process.
