Description and objective: This IRCA certified Automotive Internal QMS Auditor course (ISO 9001 based with specific reference to ISO/TS 16949:2002) introduces the delegate to auditing as a powerful management tool in establishing how effective an organisation is in controlling the quality variable. Particular emphasis is given to the automotive process approach. The course focuses on the development of internal auditing as a technique, not for fault finding but for identifying opportunities for improvement.
