Description and objective: This training forms part of the SMB customer level curriculum and concentrates on identifying and understanding growth opportunities within small and medium sized companies. The sales process is described, and at each stage we show how to identify sales prospects and maximise margin. The marketing section explains how markets are segmented and demonstrate how a reseller can plan and execute a campaign to increase sales of products and services.
