Description and objective: Technical sales professionals, or order takers? Something I hear a lot from client organisations. Most report comparatively small gains in performance from the off -the-shelf material run in-house or by existing training suppliers.

I address claer objectives throughout in precise behaviourialist language that everyone can understand, and provide performance models relevant to individuals and specific roles.
