Description and objective: A custom designed learning programme, developed in-house to meet your specific needs.
A modular programme, typically consisting of an initial 2 day workshop, with a follow on event of between 1– 2 days approximately three months later.
The programme is practically based, and participants will be working on live business issues that have been identified prior to their attendance.
Input is at two levels. Firstly, using a “problem solving routine” we provide a process that enables participants to approach a problem in a rational, and logical manner. Key to this is our “route diagram” model which forms the basis for cause – effect analysis.
Secondly, a number of creative problem solving techniques are practised, which can be used at individual or team levels. The second workshop continues facilitating the resolution of the live business problems.
