Description and objective: This is a pragmatic, fun, hands-on day, full of easy to use tools and techniques. Practical techniques to aid problem solving, decision-making, the generation of new ideas and alternatives to brainstorming are introduced.
Team working is encouraged and enhanced. You will want (and be able) to go and try these techniques as soon as the course is over, to attack problems and generate ideas!
